  • 1 glass container of Jovial chickpeas, drained and rinsed

  • ¼ cup tahini

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 4 Kinder Thoughts capsules (opened and poured)

  • Salt to taste

  • Garnish: fresh dill, olive oil drizzle

Instructions:

  1. Add chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and opened Kinder Thoughts capsules to a food processor.

  2. Blend until creamy and smooth. Add a splash of water if needed to adjust consistency.

  3. Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with dill and a drizzle of olive oil.
