Ingredients 

Yogurt Bowl

  • 4–6 organic medjool dates, pitted and halved lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed butter or coconut oil
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1–2 tsp organic raw honey or maple syrup (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions:

1 Mix the Yogurt Base

In a bowl, stir the Saffron Latte Powder into the yogurt until fully blended and golden.

2 Pan-Sear the Dates
