Ingredients
Yogurt Bowl
- 1½ cups raw yogurt or unsweetened coconut yogurt

- 2 tbsp organic brazil nuts, chopped (selenium-rich for hormone health)
- 1 tbsp organic chia seeds or hemp seeds
- ½ tsp organic cinnamon
- Organic fresh figs, sliced (optional seasonal garnish)
Pan-Seared Dates
- 4–6 organic medjool dates, pitted and halved lengthwise
- 1 tbsp grass-fed butter or coconut oil
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1–2 tsp organic raw honey or maple syrup (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions:
1 Mix the Yogurt Base
In a bowl, stir the Saffron Latte Powder into the yogurt until fully blended and golden.
2 Pan-Sear the Dates
Warm butter or coconut oil in a small skillet over medium-low heat.
Place dates cut-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes until caramelized and fragrant. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
3 Assemble the Bowl
Divide saffron yogurt between two bowls.
Top with seared dates, chopped Brazil nuts, chia or hemp seeds, and cinnamon.
