Saffron Sorbet

Made with watermelon or cantaloupe and your choice of Saffron Latte or orange blossom saffron water.

No ice cream maker. No complicated recipe. Just an easy and refreshing golden sorbet.

Creamy Saffron Watermelon Sorbet Ingredients:

  • Half frozen watermelon
  • 1 tbsp Saffron Latte powder 
  • 1 cup milk of choice (best with coconut milk)

Saffron Orange Blossom Cantaloupe Sorbet Ingredients:

  • Half frozen cantaloupe 
  • 1 tbsp orange blossom water
  • Pinch of Saffron Threads
  • 1 cup water

Saffron Latte 30-Day Supply

Get your therapeutic saffron dosage in a delicious, creamy, caffeine-free latte.

Saffron Threads

Saffron in its most pure raw form. Great for infusions, tea, and cooking.

Instructions:

  1. Cut the fruit in half and scoop out a bowl
  2. Freeze the fruit for 24 hrs
  3. Mix Saffron Latte with your milk of choice for watermelon
  4. Mix orange blossom water with regular water. Add threads and mix until the saffron has steeped and the water turns yellow
  5. Slowly pour half the latte or orange blossom water into the frozen fruit bowl. Scrape and stir until sorbet starts to form
  6. Pour the rest of the latte or orange blossom water and continue scraping and stirring until it reaches a sorbet consistency
