Subscription and Cancellation Policy
Overview
We offer subscription plans for certain products (“Subscription Products”) that provide recurring deliveries at the interval you select (every 4, 6 or 12 weeks). By purchasing a Subscription Product, you agree to receive shipments on a recurring basis and to be billed automatically at the subscription price, plus applicable taxes, until you cancel your subscription.
Billing and Auto-Renewal
- Subscription Cadence: At checkout you choose your delivery frequency—every 4, 6 or 12 weeks. Your subscription will automatically renew at that same frequency until you cancel.
- Recurring Charges: The payment method you provide at checkout will be charged the subscription price shown at the time of purchase for each recurring shipment, plus any applicable taxes and shipping charges (unless otherwise stated). You authorize us (and our third‑party payment processor) to store your payment method and to charge it automatically at each renewal.
- Price Changes: If we change the subscription price, we will notify you by email at least seven (7) days before the new price goes into effect. You will have the opportunity to cancel before you are charged the new price.
Discounts and Subscription Perks
We offer a tiered “Subscribe & Save” program for Subscription Products:
- Initial Discount: Your first two shipments receive a 10 % discount off the regular one‑time purchase price.
- Loyalty Savings: If you keep your subscription active, the discount increases to 15 % off your 3rd, 4th and 5th shipments, and 20 % off your 6th shipment and each shipment thereafter.
- Free Premium Shipping: All subscription orders include complimentary premium shipping.
- Flexibility: You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time (see “Managing Your Subscription” below).
From time to time we may offer promotional codes. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotional codes apply only to the first subscription shipment and do not stack with the tiered subscription discount. After any promotional period ends, your subscription will continue at the applicable “Subscribe & Save” rate in effect at that time (subject to advance notice of any price changes as described above).
Managing Your Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your online account:
Log in to your account at thefullest.com using the email address you used to place your order. Navigate to Manage Subscriptions under your account settings. From there you can update your delivery cadence (every 4, 6 or 12 weeks), skip a shipment, change your payment method, or cancel your subscription.

Cancellation and Refunds
When You Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel after an order has been processed but before it has shipped, we will attempt to stop the shipment and refund you. If the order is in process of being packed and shipped, your cancellation will take effect for the next billing cycle, and the shipped order will be delivered and charged as scheduled.
- No Fees for Cancellation: We do not charge any cancellation or restocking fees.
Reactivating a Subscription: After cancellation you can reactivate your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting support. - Discounts and Benefits: Any promotional, tiered, or loyalty discounts earned as part of a subscription apply only while the subscription remains active. If a subscription is canceled and later reactivated, prior discounts do not carry over and the subscription will restart at the then-current standard pricing. Paused subscriptions retain applicable discounts.
By completing your subscription purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Subscription and Cancellation Policy, that you agree to recurring billing as described above, and that you may cancel at any time by following the steps outlined herein.
