Saffron Painkiller Mocktail
This recipe is a non-alcoholic twist on the classic Painkiller Cocktail. Formulated with 150mg of saffron, it’s just as relaxing, minus the booze.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon (or 1 sachet) The Fullest® Saffron Latte powder
- 5 ounces fresh-squeezed organic pineapple juice
- 2 ounces raw milk or organic coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon organic molasses
- Fresh-grated, organic nutmeg (for garnish)
- 1 ounce boiling water
- Scoop of ice
Assembly:
- Pour 1 tablespoon of The Fullest® Saffron Latte powder (or 1 of The Fullest® Saffron Latte sachets) in a cup
- Add 1 ounce boiling water & whisk together (this will help activate the saffron)
- Add the molasses & whisk again
- Add pineapple juice and milk
- Top with ice
- Grate fresh nutmeg on top
