Ingredients:
- 1 lb organic grass fed ground beef
- 1 cage free egg
- ¼ cup einkorn flour
- 2 tablespoons finely grated onion
- 3 Saffron Capsules (open and pour in)
- 1 tsp sea salt
- Optional: 1 tbsp olive oil for added moisture

Saffron Capsules
Each capsule provides a daily therapeutic dose of pharmaceutical quality saffron and turmeric.
Instructions:
1 Preheat
Preheat oven to 375°F.
2 Combine
In a large bowl, combine ground meat, egg, breadcrumbs, grated onion, saffron capsules, salt and olive oil.
3 Mix & Form
Mix well until combined. Roll into small, kid-sized meatballs.
4 Prepare
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5 Bake
Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden and fully cooked.
