In honor of Logan’s trending cucumber recipes, we put a saffron spin on the classic recipe and made it Persian-style — infusing our cucumber salad with saffron, of course! So you can get all the mood-boosting benefits of saffron while enjoying this season’s hottest veggie.

Ingredients: 

Assembly:

  1. Slice cucumber on mandolin in a glass jar
  2. Add lemon, garlic, and seasonings 
  3. Open 1 Kinder Thoughts® saffron capsule and pour the contents of the capsule in the jar (discard the capsule shell)
  4. Add olive oil
  5. Shake ingredients together & enjoy
