Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup OWL bone broth elixir (unsalted & unseasoned; chicken or beef)
- 1-2 tablespoons (or 1-2 sachets) of The Fullest®Saffron Latte powder
- ½ cup organic coconut oil (or dairy-free butter)
- 1 cup organic dark chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup organic unsweetened cacao powder
- ½ cup organic coconut sugar
- 2 pasture-raised eggs (room temperature)
- 1 tsp organic vanilla extract
- ¾ cup organic gluten-free all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp aluminum-free baking powder
- Optional: ½ cup organic chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans)
- Optional: ¼ tsp pink Himalayan sea salt or ½ cup organic monk fruit sweetener to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease or line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

In a heatproof bowl, melt the coconut oil and dairy-free chocolate chips together.

Melt and stir until smooth and set aside to cool slightly. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut sugar, and vanilla extract until combined.

Stir in the OWL bone broth elixir, then mix in the melted chocolate and coconut oil mixture until smooth.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, cacao powder, baking powder, and The Fullest®Saffron Latte powder

Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Optional Add-Ins: Fold in the chopped dairy-free chocolate chips or nuts if desired.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with just a few moist crumbs. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
