What if my package is damaged or missing?
We offer Route Package Protection to replace any lost, damaged, or stolen orders for a nominal fee. By opting out of Route Package Protection, THE FULLEST is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit.

How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hi@thefullest.com.

When can I expect my package from THE FULLEST?
We offer flat rate domestic shipping for $10 (or free when you spend $100 or more, after promotions).

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order—you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Domestic orders should arrive within 10 business days.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer $35 flat rate international shipping for all orders. The only exception is for orders that include our Womb Protector™ Ritual Bundle, which ships for $75 international flat rate.

What’s the international shipping time?
International shipping speed is dependent on customs and is not guaranteed to arrive within a specific window of time.
