Saffron Protein Waffles

Fluffy, protein-rich waffles with the comforting flavors of saffron, cardamom, and vanilla.
These waffles bring together some of our favorite ingredients including saffron latte, collagen, vanilla, and cardamom, for a breakfast that feels both comforting and nourishing.
Makes approximately 4 to 6 waffles, depending on the size of your waffle iron.
Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons The Fullest Saffron Latte powder
- 2 scoops Agent Nateur Holi Mane Collagen
- 1 cup flour
- 1 ¼ teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup milk of choice
- 2 pasture-raised, soy-free, corn-free eggs
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons cultured unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:
- Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, Holi Mane Collagen, Saffron Latte powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
- Scoop the batter into your preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crisp on the outside.
- Serve warm.
Tip: If the batter feels too thick after adding the collagen, add an extra splash of milk until it reaches a thick but pourable consistency.
