Fluffy, protein-rich waffles with the comforting flavors of saffron, cardamom, and vanilla.

These waffles bring together some of our favorite ingredients including saffron latte, collagen, vanilla, and cardamom, for a breakfast that feels both comforting and nourishing.

Makes approximately 4 to 6 waffles, depending on the size of your waffle iron.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons The Fullest Saffron Latte powder
  • 2 scoops Agent Nateur Holi Mane Collagen
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup milk of choice
  • 2 pasture-raised, soy-free, corn-free eggs
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons cultured unsalted butter, melted

Saffron Latte 30-Day Supply

Get your therapeutic saffron dosage in a delicious, creamy, caffeine-free latte.

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, Holi Mane Collagen, Saffron Latte powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Let the batter rest for 5 minutes.
  6. Scoop the batter into your preheated waffle iron and cook until golden brown and crisp on the outside.
  7. Serve warm.

Tip: If the batter feels too thick after adding the collagen, add an extra splash of milk until it reaches a thick but pourable consistency.
