Summer calls for simple recipes, and these Saffron Popsicles have quickly become a favorite in our house.
Made with coconut milk, rose water, and our Saffron Latte, they're creamy, refreshing, and an easy way to enjoy your daily saffron ritual on a warm day.
Ingredients:
- 16 oz organic coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons The Fullest Saffron Latte powder
- 2 tablespoons hot water (about 175°F)
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt

Get your therapeutic saffron dosage in a delicious, creamy, caffeine-free latte.
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk the Saffron Latte powder with the hot water until fully dissolved.
- Let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
- Add the saffron mixture, coconut milk, rose water, maple syrup or honey (if using), and sea salt to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into popsicle molds.
- Freeze for 6 to 8 hours, or overnight.
