Our founder, Nikki Honarkar Bostwick, grew up in a Persian household where saffron flavored her world. Passed down through generations, it carries centuries of wisdom, resilience, and renewal. 

At The Fullest, we treat it with reverence and awe, hand-harvesting each flower, milling with care, and formulating with intention so every product continues that legacy.

A Note From Nikki

As a first-generation Iranian American, I grew up surrounded by the rituals and remedies of my culture. Saffron was never just an ingredient in our home. It was part of how we cared for ourselves and one another. It was shared around the table in moments of celebration and woven into daily life as a form of comfort, beauty, and healing.

That early connection shaped everything that came later. I spent years immersed in the world of wellness, exploring both ancient healing traditions and modern approaches to health from around the world. Through those experiences, I kept returning to one core belief: emotional and mental well-being are the foundation of how we experience our lives.

The Fullest was created to bring together ancient wisdom, modern research, and daily ritual through thoughtfully formulated products centered around saffron, one of the world’s most treasured botanicals. My hope is that these rituals help people feel calmer, more connected, and more fully themselves. Because wellness is not only about living longer. It is about living more fully while we are here.
