How to Prepare Strands of Sunshine

There are many ways to consume and incorporate Strands of Sunshine into your every day!

Infusions

Add 15 saffron threads to a cup of ice, stir, then fill the cup with water. Let sit in the fridge for up to 24 hours to extract all the nutrients. Serve either strained or unstrained.

Tea

Add 15 saffron threads to 8oz hot water. Let sit for 3-5 minutes. You can then either strain or consume the threads with the tea.

Cooking

Grind threads with a pinch of salt using a mortar and pestle. Add a splash of hot water, transfer to a small container, and refrigerate liquid. Add to recipes by the teaspoon for an added saffron boost!
