Saffron Tahini Granola
This hearty and earthy granola blends the delicate floral essence of saffron with a comforting maple tahini fusion. This granola isn't limited to breakfast; it's a nourishing and grounding treat that can be snacked on throughout the day. Plus, with every bite, you're treated to the uplifting properties of saffron, enhancing both the flavor and your mood!
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of The Fullest® Saffron Latte powder
- 2 cup organic rolled oats
- ½ cup organic walnuts
- ½ cup organic sunflower seeds
- ⅓ cup cold-pressed, organic olive oil
- ⅓ cup organic tahini
- ⅓ cup organic maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Assembly:
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine oats, walnuts, and sunflower seeds in a bowl and mix together.
- In a separate bowl, combine olive oil, tahini, maple syrup, The Fullest® Saffron Latte powder, and salt. Whisk until smooth and combined.
- Pour wet ingredients into the oat mixture. Stir until fully mixed through.
- Spread the granola mixture on a baking sheet and gently press down into the pan.
- Bake at 300°F for 20 minutes, making sure to move the granola around the pan halfway through.
- Let it cool and harden for at least half an hour without touching. (Preferably several hours.) It will crisp up as it dries.
