Ingredients

  • 1½ cups organic almond flour

  • ¼ cup organic coconut flour

  • 1 tsp organic baking soda

  • 1 tsp organic ground ginger

  • 1/2 tbsp organic cinnamon

  • ¼ tsp organic ground cloves

  • Pinch organic nutmeg + organic sea salt

  • 4 tbspThe Fullest Saffron Latte Powder

  • ¼ cup organic coconut oil, melted

  • 1/8 cup organic maple syrup or raw organic honey


  • ⅛ cup organic molasses

  • 1 tsp organic vanilla extract

  • 1 tsp organic apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Dry Mix: Combine flours, baking soda, spices, saffron latte powder, salt.

  2. Wet Mix: Whisk coconut oil, maple/honey, vanilla, vinegar.

  3. Form Dough: Mix wet + dry; chill if sticky.

  4. Shape: Roll into balls, flatten on parchment-lined sheet.

  5. Bake: 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 min until golden. Cool before serving.
