Assembly:

  1. Melt the cacao butter in a double broiler
  2. Whisk in cacao powder, honey, salt, and saffron latte powder until all are dissolved
  3. Spread onto a baking sheet with parchment paper or chocolate molds
  4. Freeze until hardened enough to cut into bars.
  5. Store in glass tupperware in the freezer or fridge (depending on the consistency you like).
