Open Kinder Thoughts® saffron capsules and pour the contents of the capsules into a cup (discard the capsule shell).

In a large Dutch oven or heavy-bottomed pot, melt 2 tbsp of the cultured butter over medium-high heat. Add the popcorn kernels and stir to coat evenly.

Cover the pot with a lid and reduce heat to medium. Shake the pot occasionally as the kernels pop, and remove from heat once the popping slows.

Pour the opened Kinder Thoughts capsules over the remaining 1 tbsp of melted butter and pour over the hot popcorn. Stir well to coat the popcorn evenly.
