Postpartum Saffron Gummies Recipe

This recipe was created with postpartum mamas in mind, but it’s no surprise that toddlers and the entire sleep-deprived family love these gummies too! If you're craving a snack that’s not only delicious but also supports mood, mental clarity, and inflammation, be sure to try this recipe— trust us, you'll keep coming back for more!

Ingredients: 

  • 1 tablespoon (or 1 sachet) of Warm Feelings® saffron latte

  • 3 tablespoons bovine gelatin

  • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract

  • 1 cup organic maple syrup or honey

  • 1 cup filtered water, divided

  • Pinch of sea salt

Assembly: 

  1. To a stand mixer, add 3 tablespoons of bovine gelatin and ½ cup filtered water. Allow to bloom while you mix your liquid ingredients.

  2. To a stove-pot, add 1 cup maple syrup, ½ cup filtered water, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon (or 1 sachet) of Warm Feelings® saffron latte, and just a pinch of sea salt.

  3. Place over heat and stir. Heat until all ingredients are warm and combined. Pour into blooming gelatin and mix until fully incorporated.

  4. Pour mixture into baking dish of your choosing.

  5. Place dish in fridge for 1-2 hours until fully set

Feel free to customize this recipe to suit your preferences! You can reduce the sweetener, add an extra scoop of  Warm Feelings® saffron latte, or even pour the mixture into fun silicone molds. Keep in mind that if you adjust the amount of liquid or powder, you may need to tweak the temperature accordingly.
