A cooling Persian tonic made with ancient flixweed seeds and saffron, Khak-e Shir has long been used to soothe digestion, cool the body, and support gentle detox. Similar to chia, the seeds form a gel-like texture that helps retain water and hydrate the body from within. Traditionally sipped during hot summer months, this version is elevated with a therapeutic dose of saffron to enhance mood, balance hormones, reduce inflammation, and promote radiant skin — all in one refreshing glass.
