A seasonal favorite with a golden twist, this Pumpkin Spice Saffron Smoothie combines the grounding essence of pumpkin with the mood-balancing magic of saffron. The result: a comforting yet uplifting blend to nourish body and spirit.

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or oat/coconut milk)

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree

  • 1 frozen banana

  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice (or a mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves)

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 scoop of The Fullest saffron latte powder 

  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or cashew butter)

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional, for sweetness)

  • Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker smoothie)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, including the saffron powder.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass and optionally top with a sprinkle of pumpkin spice or crushed nuts.
