Do you accept returns?
No. All sales are final.


How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If you have any questions about your order please email hi@thefullest.com.


What if my package is damaged or missing?

We offer Route Package Protection to replace any lost, damaged, or stolen orders for a nominal fee. By opting out of Route Package Protection, THE FULLEST is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages during transit.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hi@thefullest.com and we will do our best to update.

 

What happens if I provide an incorrect shipping address?
We are not liable for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided by customers. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. We encourage double-checking your order details before finalizing your purchase.


When can I expect my package from THE FULLEST?
We offer flat rate domestic shipping for $10 (or free when you spend $100 or more, after promotions). Please allow 1 to 2 business days for us to receive and process your order—you’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. One-time purchase orders should arrive within 10 business days. Any orders with subscription get free 2-day shipping.


Do you ship internationally?
We offer shipping to Canada for a flat-rate of $35. We do not currently ship to other countries.
