Alexandra Schueler is a champion of female storytelling as a means to liberate and heal. She’s a powerful lady with a heart of gold and a silver tongue, and this week (accompanied by her sidekick pup, Kaina) she joins the show to share her story.
She’s been borderline orthorexic, experienced more than her share of grief, and, through it all, has found salvation in writing. A writer, spoken word poetess, and world traveler, she’s full of tales that are part Jack Kerouac, Hunter S. Thompson, with a dash of Anais Nin.
Make sure you have a pen handy, because after this week’s episode you’ll be inspired to leave all your shadows, pain, and trauma on the page.
