Iced Saffron Matcha
Iced Saffron Matcha

A mood-brightening, mind-centering beverage

Both saffron and matcha have long-standing histories in ancient healing traditions — from Persian Medicine to Japanese tea ceremonies.

Matcha contains L-theanine, an amino acid that works synergistically with natural caffeine to deliver clean, focused energy without the spikes or jitters.

Saffron, the hero of our Warm Feelings® saffron latte powder, is one of the most studied botanicals for emotional well-being. It supports mood, reduces symptoms of anxiety and depression, enhances focus, and even promotes more restful sleep.

Together, they offer a daily wellness ritual that supports both the mind and body with intention and ease.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha

  • 1 Tablespoon Warm Feelings® saffron latte powder

  • 1 oz hot water (for matcha)

  • 1 oz hot water (for saffron powder)

  • 6 oz milk of choice (we love raw milk, coconut, or homemade nut milk)

  • A glass of ice

Instructions:

  1. Whisk matcha with hot water until smooth and frothy.

  2. In a separate cup, stir in the Warm Feelings® saffron latte powder into a separate cup of hot water until fully dissolved.

  3. Fill a glass with ice and pour in your cold milk of choice.

  4. Add the saffron mixture, then top with the matcha for a beautiful, layered effect.

  5. Stir gently and enjoy.
