Food is one of (if not the most) generous of nature’s gifts and this year, we’re giving thanks for her endless bounty with a regenerative Thanksgiving meal.
Choosing producers and farmers who take a regenerative approach means that you’re supporting the earth’s full ecosystem and the interconnectedness of the natural world. We mean — is there any better way to show our gratitude for Mother Earth than that?
Take a peek below and add any or all of these recipes to your own menu, then shop the ingredients at organic, local, and regenerative farms in your area. From THE FULLEST family to yours, we wish you a fulfilling and nourishing Thanksgiving Day with your loved ones.
Appetizers
White Bean and Kale Minestrone
Pumpkin Risotto with Crispy Sage
Main
Turkey
Find a regenerative farmer in your area for this year’s turkey. If that’s not possible, seek an organic and local option (try your farmer’s market). When opting for catering, we suggest under-ordering turkey to avoid unnecessary excess.
Stuffing
Most of us have a family stuffing recipe we’ve inherited. To give yours a healthy remix, choose avocado, olive, or coconut oils and breads that are organic, gluten, and/or grain-free. We love Rye Goods and AWG Bakery (they also have a clean umami stuffing recipe if you’re in need of one).
Veggies
Oven Roasted & Caramelized Spaghetti Squash
Salad
Balsamic Roasted Plum Salad with Spinach
Top anything & everything with Barberry Beauty Jam!
Dessert
Love it or hate it, pumpkin pie is a Thanksgiving staple. There’s no other way we like it than Sweet Laurel style. It’s full of spices and the cinnamon gives it that warm, holiday flavor. We suggest a heavy serving of coconut whipped cream for the ultimate Thanksgiving treat!
Serve with a Warm Feelings™ saffron latte for a digestive and healing nightcap (and if you want some extra flavor, try our Chai Saffron Latte or Pumpkin Spice Saffron Latte).
