THE FULLEST Guide to Malibu
Just north of Los Angeles lies Malibu, a magical melting pot of stunning coastline, golden beaches, striking mountains, natural healers, organic food stores, luxury hotels, curated boutiques, and a dash of celebrity. Carson Meyer is a birth doula, photographer, nutritionist, and founder of C & The Moon. She was also born and raised in Malibu, and we were fortunate enough to have this Malibu native share her best local spots and places to visit next time you’re in Malibu.
Hotel June has recently been converted into a chic boutique destination. Paying homage to the spirit of historic Malibu, this unique boutique hotel is located on the iconic PCH (on the northern side of Malibu), offering a more local feel with sightworthy beaches. Hotel June’s private and peaceful bungalows offer a retreat-to-the-beach feel!

Ice cream, smoothies, milkshakes, tacos, salads, sandwiches, bowls, all cooked with high-quality, gluten-free ingredients. Hard not to order everything on the menu. But if you did, you would still leave feeling guilt free!
This is one of my favorite places to be in Malibu. In the springtime, the daisy bloom is breathtaking. If you sit on the bluff long enough, you will see dolphins and maybe even whales depending on the time of year. It’s a great place for a sunset stroll and a fun place to bring kids.
The Ranch is a profoundly rewarding experience that challenges the body and mind in the best way. This fitness retreat includes long daily hikes through some of the most stunning ocean view trails, nourishing healthy meals, daily massages, and a stay at the Four Seasons Hotel.
