I am a self-proclaimed lemon queen. I add it to everything and it truly makes everything taste better (although my husband doesn’t exactly agree). He, however, does like when I make my Honey Lemon Ginger tea so I figured it would be universally accepted and worthy enough to share with our readers.
This tea is the perfect accompaniment to any morning, but really helps when you need some down time with an immune boosting bevvie. I hope you love it as much as I do!
HONEY LEMON GINGER TEA INGREDIENTS
4 cups water
3-inch piece of ginger root, peeled and thinly sliced
Juice of 1 lemon (save peel)
1 tablespoon Beekeeper’s Naturals B.Powered Super Honey
HONEY LEMON GINGER TEA ASSEMBLY
1 | Place ginger, lemon juice, and lemon peel in a pot over the stove. Add water and bring to a boil.
2 | Remove from the stovetop, stir in honey, and let sit until it’s cool enough for sipping.
3 | Pour into your favorite mug, relax, and enjoy!
*Yields 4 servings.
