This porridge from CAP Beauty’s latest book, HIGH VIBRATIONAL BEAUTY, has got us upping our oatmeal game in a big way. Made with buckwheat groats (little seeds that pack a serious punch), it’s a perfect substitute for traditional cereals. Super high in magnesium, buckwheat groats have been known to relax blood vessels while contributing to a healthy cardiovascular system and strong circulation.

MOSCOW MORNING PORRIDGE INGREDIENTS

1 cup Buckwheat Groats

4 Dates, pitted and chopped

2½ cups Filtered Water

1 small Beet, peeled and grated

1 ripe Pear, chopped

1 Cinnamon Stick

1 tablespoon Ginger, grated

¼ teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt

2 tablespoons Coconut Butter

Toasted Walnuts

Bee pollen

Honey or Maple Syrup

MOSCOW MORNING PORRIDGE ASSEMBLY

1 | In a medium bowl, soak the groats and dates in water overnight.

2 | Strain, rinse, and transfer to a medium saucepan.

3 | Add 2½ cups of water, along with the beet, pear, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.

4 | Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer.
