This porridge from CAP Beauty’s latest book, HIGH VIBRATIONAL BEAUTY, has got us upping our oatmeal game in a big way. Made with buckwheat groats (little seeds that pack a serious punch), it’s a perfect substitute for traditional cereals. Super high in magnesium, buckwheat groats have been known to relax blood vessels while contributing to a healthy cardiovascular system and strong circulation.
