Moringa is one my favorite adaptogens for its nutrition, texture, and lack of a funky aftertaste. Rich in vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, it helps lower blood sugar levels, nourish the skin, improve digestion, and fight inflammation.
AVOCADO MORINGA GREEN SMOOTHIE INGREDIENTS
½ Avocado, frozen or fresh
½ cup Spinach
1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
1 teaspoon Moringa
2 tablespoons Lemon juice, fresh
1 cup Filtered Water or Nut Milk
*Optional: add Protein Powder for an extra boost.
