Stephanie Simbari is a funny creative who resides in Los Angeles. She was born and raised in the suburbs of New York City and spent most of her teen years drinking malt liquor and taking the train to NYC to get body piercings she would later live to regret. She’s since cleaned up her act to become a self proclaimed wellness explorer, yogini and spiritual seeker.
As a ldmedian, Stephanie tours the country and was seen as a series regular on the canceled-before-its-time ‘reality’ series Funny Girls on Oxygen. As an actress she can currently be seen on Netflix in the critically acclaimed indie film Coldwater, and as host of Glamour.com‘s web series ‘Why Do Guys…?.
Most notably she can be heard co-hosting the highly rated and what many have called life-changing podcast, That’s So Retrograde. Find her on the Internet (@stephsimbari) if you want to follow a cute girl who’s usually fully clothed.
The Fullest caught up with the funny girl and asked her to share the seven things that she’s most into at the moment. Here is what she said:
1 | Dried persimmons– Incredible on the go snack, and it’s low glycemic for the low blood sugar crew!
2 | Cryotherapy– For reducing inflammation and increasing energy.
3 | Konjac Exfoliating Sponge— Winter dry dead facial skin be gone! It’s a miracle for a smooth facial glow.
4 | Botanical Smoke, Healthy Lung smoke blend— To mix with your marijuana so you don’t get TOO HIGH!
5 | Miso Dressing from Dave’s Korean— The crack of salad dressings and I mean this in the best way.
6 | Tiny Beautiful Things by Cheryl Strayed– Little doses of heart, chapter by chapter.
7 | Bentonite Clay + Psyllium Husk— Take it before bed for a fun digestive moment! 2016 will go down as the year I truly fell in love with pooping thanks to this little combo right here!
