Learn to Love Your Most Hated Yoga Poses

There are 365 degrees of perception for any situation. When we realize there are a multitude of ways to view our circumstances, we find freedom. Everyone sees things differently so we don’t have to focus on who is right and who is wrong—there are usually many viewpoints that are valid.

I invite you to look at your poses in a new light today. If we come upon a pose that you dislike, try to change your perspective and find something good about it. As we move through our practice we’ll explore the possibility of looking at things in a truly different way.
