Yoga Your Best Life

Are you doing what you want to be doing with your time? So many of us go through life almost as if we are asleep until one day we wake up and wonder where it has all gone. We make choices based on what others expect of us.

In this class, I invite you to be awake and present by paying close attention to your breath and your body’s sensations. As we move through the asanas and postures we’ll channel our inner Mary Oliver and ask, “What is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?”
