Its officially summer, and here in California that means JUNE GLOOM. Wherever you are though, you can enjoy this summer set to keep you moving even on your “off” days.
Thanks for joining me for class. Try committing to practicing the same class 6 weeks at a time. Sometimes that means a more rigorous practice and other times that means 6 weeks of a nice restorative class. Whatever you choose, stay consistent and drop the rigidity. Life happens! Have a fun summer!
