Fruit salad has a pretty minor role as a party dish and is often not that exciting. Its namesake exudes “healthy” when most often, it’s not. Canned renditions are an easy substitute and seem harmless.

Using antioxidant-rich berries and raw local honey, this recipe is sure to give your Aunt’s version a run for her money. - 16 Quartered Strawberries
- 2- 4.4oz package of Blueberries
- 2- 6oz package of Raspberries
| PROCESS |
Juice 2-3 oranges and add 2 Tbsp local raw honey
For more flavor or garnish, add 2 Tbsp minced fresh mint OR 2 tsp lemon zest
