Kundalini Yoga: Maternal Mantra

No matter our desire to mother a child or a creative project, all women have the maternal instinct within and the greater benefit comes from understanding how to cultivate our innate quality more efficiently.

Some of us are still looking for our voice, our security, our place in the world that allows us to feel more empowered within ourselves.

The mantra I am excited to share with you is one that can cut through insecurities and blocks of our primal feminine nature. By meditating on the Adi Shakti, one can obtain a deeper understanding of the constant interplay between the manifest and the unmanifest qualities of the cosmos and consciousness.

Here we include the directions that you are guided through in the video for reference! Sat Nam.

Mudra:

Lotus Mudra

Place the heel of your palms together, touch the sides of the thumbs and pinky fingers while fanning out the other fingers. This looks like a flower.

Mantra:

Adi Shakti Adi Shakti Adi Shakti, Namo Namo

Sarab Shakti Sarab Shakti Sarab Shakti, Namo Namo

Pritham Bhagvati Pritham Bhagvati Pritham Bhagvati, Namo Namo

Kundalini Mata Shakti Mata Shakti, Namo Namo

11 – 31 minutes

This is Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
