We have those days where all we really want is to feel new—fresh and open in the places where we feel most constricted. Anytime we feel tense, anytime there’s confusion, we’re experiencing disharmony within and we want to free ourselves from that trap and wash it all clean.

This meditation takes 7 minutes and it establishes an inner harmony. It can totally change you. It’s amazing to think that 7 minutes of our time can give us a new lease on life—or even a new life—but it can! When you do this meditation right, it establishes the inner flow of harmony that we as light and truth seekers most deeply desire.

Here we include the directions that you are guided through in the video for reference! Sat Nam.

1 | Close the eyes and focus at the forehead. Visualize two flowers at the forehead. You will begin to see lines of colors across the forehead if you do this correctly.

2 | Mudra: Bring the heels of the hands together and separate the fingers out making your hands look like a flower. Hands should be 10 inches in front of your heart. Grip the fingers like you are a tiger with claws and make your fingers like steel. Grip the fingers tight.

3 | Practice this for 7 minutes using long deep breathing.

This is Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
