Yogi Bhajan says there are two things women must learn how to do and if we do, all we want shall fall at our feet. We must learn how to communicate and we must learn how to be secure. In our practice this week, you will warm up the body and balance the glandular system to prepare for meditation.

Our meditation is a chant for the throat chakra to create clear communication. This mantra also aligns the practitioner with their true identity. It is a very simple, straightforward mantra that anyone can do.
