Setting Intentions

Our lives are so hectic, so hurried. Meditation offers us a moment to catch our breath and connect within. We pause, we notice our breath, and the mind starts to quiet. This may not happen every time. It may happen during your first meditation and then not again for your next 10. Or it may not happen until you’ve been meditating for 6 months. Or it may happen every time. Every person is different. And every meditation is different. But it will happen. The body will begin to calm and, with it, the mind.

In meditation, we begin to move beyond thought. And all that means is, we tune into our inner wisdom. And it’s here that we manifest from. When we connect to the feeling underneath our desires, magic happens. Because everything comes down to our experience. In this meditation, I’ll guide you into that place. Enjoy!
