Kriya for Elevation – this practice was created to balance all the chakras. It gives you elevation, energy and a new lease on life.

Each of these postures can be done for 1-3 minutes. Keep a timer with you so that you may do this on your own and choose how long you would like to practice. Challenge yourself. The last posture of Sat Kriya can be done anytime between 3-7 minutes.

Start slow if you are a beginner and build your time as you become more familiar with the practice.

Remember to begin every kundalini yoga practice with the mantra, Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo chanted 3 times.
