In this class, we’ll take a look at life from different perspectives. Sometimes we have difficult or even upsetting situations in our lives. We can always change the way we look at any situation. It’s really similar to a super power! In yoga, we call it pratipaksha bavanum or changing a negative into a positive. Try it the next time you have a situation that’s bothering you. If you can’t change the circumstance, change your perspective!
